Access Violation ASP.NET 2.0.50727.0

I am receiving errors from ASP.NET 2.0 web service running in IIS 6.0. The
message picked up by the event log is:

---
type=System.AccessViolationException

message=Attempted to read or write protected memory. This is often an
indication that other memory is corrupt.

---

The error occurs at an irregular frequency, days can pass without the error
to occur, while sometimes it occurs just seconds after an IIS restart.
Usually after the error I need to restart the whole IIS to make the service
run again.

Obviously, the service communicates with an oracle database. The client
installed is version 9.2. Something seems to go wrong when resources are
cleaned up.

Any ideas what might go wrong? Any ideas on how to fix the problem or to
make a workaround so the IIS restarts automatically after the error has
occurred?

I recently have the same problem, and can't find any solution (:

Have you solve it?
