New MSDN Library?

Is there supposed to be a new MSDN Library with improved search? What's this
story about? I went to MSDN Subscriber Downloads and downloaded the MSDN
Library and the ReadMe in the iso makes no mention of any "new and improved"
implementation. This leads me to think I downloaded an old instance I
already have installed with VS2005.
