IDE differences in VB.NET and C#

Hi,
I have been working with VB.NET WindowsForms for a while and have just moved
to C#.

I am trying to write a C# ASP.NET Web Application in Visual Studio.NET 2003
I found what seems to be an obstacle and im not sure if its just the IDE
settings.

basically at the top of the code page (in the IDE) , in VB you have two drop
downs . one which lists all the objects, the forms, the controls within the
forms etc and once you click that the second drop down shows the list of
methods that can be coded, events that can be handled etc. Now in C#, the
left hand side drop down only shows me the name of the WebForm . I am not
able to see the data sets, data views etc.

Does anyone know what the cause of this could be ?

Thanks
Benjamin

Yes it is a difference in the IDEs. In C# you have to
find the control in the properties window. Then, click
the lightening bolt. This will give you all the events
for that control. You can put any method into the
properties that will fire when you execute one of the
events. By default, you get the controlname_eventname.
