Registering library for script!

I have got this problem, well... actually two problems:

A bit of background information:
I am using Visual Basic 2005 express - a couple of MOM libaries (mom is
correctly installed, registered and all), ADO 2.8 and a connection to SQL
Server database.

The application I am building is a libary for communication with MOM 2005
(Microsoft Operations Management 2005).
This libary is to be called from a mom script, now when I want to do this I
have
to have the libary registered in order to call the following command:

CreateObject("libMom_vb.CreateTicket")
or
CreateObject("libMom_vb.General_Functions.CreateTi cket")

Name of the libary = libMom_vb
Namespace = General_Functions
Class = clsCreateTicket

So that is my first question - which of the two above should I use?

Second: When I try to register my libary I get a message from RegSvr32
telling me
that:

"libMom_vb.dll was loaded, but the DllRegisterServer entry point was not
found. This file can not be registered."

What am I doing wrong here???

Thanks in advance!
