Determine when WORD doc closes

Tricky thing WORD is.

Here is the scenario:

Microsoft WORD is already open. I start a new System.Diagnostics.Process, and open a DOC file. The process shells its info to the already-running winword.exe, and then immediately exits. However, there is still only 1 winword.exe running.

How can I create an event to trap when the WORD DOC I just opened exits? Note: I cannot simply monitor the 1 winword.exe to see when it closes.

Any ideas?

I have looked into messing around with the Office Automation stuff, but cannot find how to setup an event, so when that doc closes, the event is fired, and I can handle it appropriately.

TIA
