Web Service Testin' Tool

Can anyone point me to a webservice testing tool. Yes I know I could write
one, but it would be so much nicer to be lazy and download one that is
already written.

Ideally I want to be able to -

a) Type in the asmx address
b) See a list of methods (including the ones that accept objects)
c) Execute methods and view the return values.

Thank ye !!
