C# : Combo box in datagrid

I'm new to c# and datagrid. I'm using a combo box inside a
data grid control. (ref to Microsoft Knowledge Base
Article - 323167 http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?
scid=kb;EN-US;Q323167). Now, if I select an item in the
combobox, I want to set the value of the current cell in
the datagrid to the value of the combobox text and vice
versa.
This is achieved in VB.NET like this :
MyCombo.Text = DataGrid1.Item(DataGrid1.CurrentCell) & ""
and
DataGrid1.Item(DataGrid1.CurrentCell) = MyCombo.Text

I want the equivalent of this in C#.
