how to store object in a Datacolumn of a typed Dataset?

Hi Guys,

I have a situation where i want to store an objet in the
datacolumn, the doc stores that the data column can be
only one of the basic data types like string etc...

From one of the searches i came to know that it can store
Object too,
However has anyone used this approach of storing objects
inside the datacolumn? i.e a datacolumn of type MyType?

Can some one let me know
1) the way the schema needs to be modified to get this
desired result?
2) Any drawbacks of using this way?

The reason i want to do this is because i do not want to
pass the entire Data set to all the objects as it is
really huge.. and passing datacolumns is an alternative..
if it contains all i wantit to contain

Best Regards,
hitesh
