Where do Class Templates come from?

In a Project, if you click the "Project" menu, and then select "Add Class",
you get shown all the class templates. Where does this list come from?

I used to have Developer Express on my PC, and then I uninstalled it. But
Dev Express "XtraReports" are still appearing my templates list. I can't
figure out where to get rid of them.

Help?

They may come either from

\My Documents\Visual Studio 2005\Templates\ItemTemplates\Visual C#

or

\Program Files\Microsoft Visual Studio
8\Common7\IDE\ItemTemplatesCache\CSharp\1033
