devenv and xml documentation question

Hi All,
I was wondering with the command line tool "devenv.exe" is there a
switch to turn on the generation of XML doumentation for an entire
solution? I can only find the setting to generate the XML
documentation on a project basis.

Thanks in advance,
Lanky
