wsdl design for importing multiple schemas

I am designing wsdl that uses multiple schemas. I can do this in two
ways: 1) use multiple schema imports in one wsdl or 2) use multiple
schema imports in to one common schema and then import a single common
schema in the wsdl. The issue is complicated because I have several
wsdls with several common and unique schemas. As an example
serviceA_Ports.wsdl imports a commonServiceTypes.Xml,
commonFaultTypes.xml, and
serviceA.xml

serviceA_Bindings.wsdl imports serviceA_Ports.wsdl
Simlarly I have
serviceB_Ports.wsdl imports a commonServiceTypes.Xml,
commonServiceFaultTypes.xml
commonResourceTypes.Xml, commonResourceFaultTypes.xml, and
serviceB.xml
serviceB_Bindings.wsdl imports serviceB_Ports.wsdl
As you can see If I start consolidating xmls schemas into one schema
for import in the Ports.wsdl (method 1) Still I may have to duplicate
data types and fault types in several schemas jsut to be able to
consolidate. However If I allow multiple imports then everything is
easy and flexible (method 2) I can have common types in some schemas
and just define new unique ones as I develop new wsdl based services -
nice object-oriented approach.
My question is from the perspective of .NET WSDL class generator that
generates Helper class and also from programming perspective which
method would be ideal for development and wsdl sharing with other
partners? I appreciate your comments.
