Problem with installing Visual Studieo .NET in windows server 2003

I don't know how should I configure FrontPage Server Extensions in
windows server 2003.
I install IIs but I don't know whyI can't open a SP.Net project.
I think I should do some thing in Configure Server Extensions in
computer managment but I don't know what!
Please guide me
