Help - How to forward an asmx?wsdl request to an alternate WSDL URL?

P: n/a
I'm setting up a manually created WSDL file that defines the specifics
of the required elements, default values, etc. instead of using the
generated WSDL from the asmx?wsdl mechanism. Everything works with my
web service, but I would like to have some mechanism that forwards any
asmx?wsdl request to the manually created WSDL, to help guarantee that
a client is using the WSDL with the restrictions. I can't turn off all
documentation in the web.config file because there are other web
services that are still using he asmx?wsdl mechanism. Is there any way
to forward an asmx?wsdl request to a another URL? Any help would be
appreciated.

Thanks in advance

protected void Application_BeginRequest(Object sender, EventArgs e)

{

string myUrl = Request.RawUrl;

myUrl = myUrl.ToUpper();

int myIndx = myUrl.IndexOf("WSDL");

if(myIndx > -1)

{

Response.WriteFile("MyWebService.wsdl");

Response.End();

}

}
