Migrating VB3 to VB6 or VB.NET

Dear all,

I am preparing proposal to migrate a VB3 application into
either VB6 or VB.NET. I am looking for advice or
migration consideration for this type of migration. It
would be greatly appreciated for anybody to point me the
direction to this information.

Thank you very much!
