FindAddressVB Sample code issue

I am new to the Mappoint Web Services and have attempted to get setup with
some basic Core Functionality samples provided by Microsoft. The one I am
specifically using is titled FindAddressVB.

After setting this up and making the necessary changes for things such as
userid/password in web.config, I am still struggling to get this to work.
When I run the sample code it fails with an 401 error indicating that I am
unauthorized when doing the myFindResults =
global.FindServiceClass.FindAddress(findAddressSpe c)

ANy suggestions as to where I need to go to get detailed info on what I am
doing wrong?
