Very loose XML schema

I'm trying to put some configuration files i have for an application
into one file. Some have XSD files to validate them, others don't, so
this involves adding some schemas. Basically, i would like to make a
schema that can validate this:
<anyelement><c></c></anyelement>. Anyelement can be any
element. Is this possible in XSD, or can i better put the data that
contains "anyelement"s in a ... part of the larger file so
it is excluded from the validation?

Regards,
Stijn

XSD can explicitly say that an element's content is unrestricted. See
description of anyType.

Yes, that's for the content of the element, i would like the name of
the element to be anything though.

That's for the content of the element, i would like the name to be
anything. Like in XSL in fact, where you can add any data between
<xsl:template ... /> tags, as in:
<anyelement><xsl:value-of select="xpathexpression" /></anyelement>
