Authorization on Web Service Call

I am developing a web service with VS 2003 and all projects are within the
same solution. Service is VB.Net and calling
ASP.Net is VB as well. The service is successfully registered as web
reference.

Environment is completely Windows XP stand alone.

I have tested the service and it runs fine. I am now running the services
from the ASPX file and getting "System.Net.WebException: The request failed
with HTTP status 401: Unauthorized".

Thank you
