playing yuv file

Hello,

I'm not certain which group is best to post so I'll keep it to the general
one. I have a yuv-movie-file (4:2:0) which I want to play using C#. I know
that DirectX doens't support the YUV directly so I can't use that.
Currently I can convert each YUV-frame of the movie to RGB-frame (as an
array) in C# using unsafe programming for speed. Problem is that I don't
know exactly how I best display the result (only having an array of rgb
colors). Should I use setPixel in graphics to paint frame/image after frame
that way and get a movie or are there better ways to do this (I really hope
so)? Maybe I don't even have to convert it to rgb and can use YUV directly
but I just don't see a way.

TIA

Yves
