No, you can't write an XML XSD schema that defines attribute types based
on a condition.
b.Is it possible to send binary like type of information in XML
Only encoded, for instance base64 encoded.
c.What is the basic protocol of XML data used if sends in Internet like
TCP,HTTP,etc.

You can send XML over HTTP by setting the HTTP Content-Type header. Then
HTTP is the protocol, I am not sure what other "basic" protocol you have
in mind.

Thanks for your explanation.
I need small explanation for last question (c), if we form the xml in
string and send in the socket connection. Then what is the difference
between this and HTTP transmission in network architecture way.
Is HTTP is only way to send the XML according to standard. What is the
advantage get by that ?

I hope I can use enumeration for first question (a). I will investigate
on it.

Thanks once again.

Cheers,
Ravi

Usual solution is to encode the binary information in base64, which is a
standard binary-to-printable-character conversion.
c.What is the basic protocol of XML data used if sends in Internet like
TCP,HTTP,etc.

XML is just a data representation. It can travel via any protocol.

Yes XML is just a data representation. I want to know what are the ways
people usefully to pass the information.
And why most of them preferred HTTP? Any advantage on it?

Most of the ones you happen to have looked at have preferred HTTP. That
says more about which examples you're looking at than about either HTTP
or XML.

There is no inherent advantage to HTTP. It's just that webservers are
the most common kind of server currently in use and people don't want to
bother reinventing that wheel.

Well, http differs from transfer protocols like ftp, sftp, nfs, smb
etc. by (normally) delivering a MIME Content-type which, according to
the HTTP protocol, represents a server-supplied mandatory declaration
of the content type.

The MSIE folk must think this is a disadvantage - seeing that they go
to extraordinary contortions to overrule that which, according to the
RFC, is forbidden to be overruled. But I think most serious users of
HTTP regard it as a definite advantage.

best regards
