System.DirectoryServices - Listing Back Security Groups only.

Has anyone found a way of listing back security groups only using
System.DirectoryServices ?

I have found heaps of references to finding what group a user is, however i
am trying to just find a list of Security Groups in the AD.

(from what i can see it will be a value in the oSearchResult.Properties,
however i havent been able to find anything yet)

Any hints or throughts (or complete code in VB) would be appreciated.
