ReportViewer DataSource

I need to read data from an SQLServer [ DataSet1_Incoming ], massage it, and
output it to a temporary dataset [ DataSet2_Outgoing ] for
ReportViewer/Chart to use.

a. The incoming and outgoing datasets do not look alike. Therefore, I think
that I need to create a dataset/table, within the code, for the
ReportViewer/Chart.

b. I can't specifiy the outgoing dataset within the DataSource window and
tie it to the ReportViewer because it doesn't exist.

I'd appreciate any code samples or suggested reading material.
