Strongnaming dll with dependancy on entpriseblock

P: n/a
job
I want to strong name a dll that depends on
Microsoft.Practices.EnterpriseLibrary.Data.dll

However, first I the message that
"Microsoft.Practices.EnterpriseLibrary.Data.dl l" is not strong named.

When I try to strongname
"Microsoft.Practices.EnterpriseLibrary.Data.dl l" I get the message
that the dll does not represent a strongly named assembly.

I'm not sure how to solve this problem. Please help.
