bugged Design view in Visual C++

Am I the only one, who is upset with Design view in Visual C++? There is so
many bugs, that it is almost unusable (both VC express and VS Professional),
.. I.e.

- you cannot use usercontrol defined in the same Visual C++ project
- you cannot inherit forms and usercontrols
(http://support.microsoft.com/kb/815325/en-us)
- extremelly long time for design view to load a form

Inheriting forms or using usercontrols is a basic routine for all GUI
programmer, who is then VC++ for? Why there are no hotfixes for these
essential functionalities?

Maybe I am missing something. What´s your opinion?

Regards,
Petr
