Passing Data from a single ASPX page to 2 frames.

I have a login screen that validates username and password returning the ID
in a table of the user logging in. I then use server.transfer to split into
two screens as shown below. I would like to pass this ID to PAGE1.ASPX and
PAGE2.ASPX as shown below without using cookies and without passing the data
on the command line.

Is there a way to accomplish this task? I know that it can be done form
ASPX page to ASPX page, but I do not see how I could do it to a frameset.

Thanks in advance.
<frameset rows="80,*" BORDER="0" frameSpacing="0" frameBorder="0">
<frame Scrolling="no" SRC="PAGE1.aspx" Name="frame_top">
<frame SRC="PAGE2.aspx" Name="frame_main">
</frameset>
