How to detect the webpartMoving event?

Hi there

I am using asp.net 2.0 webparts with C#, when I move one webpart to other
zone, I like to check the target zone width is enough for put the webpart
in, I look the web site
http://msdn2.microsoft.com/en-us/lib...ng(VS.80).aspx

it has "on web part moving" method, but I did not now how to fire it in C#,
can anyone give me some clue about this?
