Soap Extension - BeforeDeserialize doesn't seem to work

I'm using Ron Howard's article, 'Encrypting Soap Messages,'
(http://msdn.microsoft.com/library/de...9272001.asp)to secure my web service.

If I only encrypt the response, it works beautifully, However, if I try to
encrypt the request, it doesn't decrypt it correctly.

If I put a breakpoint in the ProcessMessage method of my EncryptionExtension
class, I can look at the Message.Stream and see the decrypted data, but when
it gets to the actual WebMethod, the parameter being passed in is still
encrypted.

Any suggestions, or issues I should be aware of?

Thanks.
