problem implementing usernameForCertificateSecurity assertion

I made a web service and have implemented
usernameForCertificateSecurity assertion in it. If I put both the
webservice and client on same PC , then its running absolutely fine.
But when i tried to connect to webservice from remote machine
(different machine on same LAN), then it is giving me following error

Microsoft.Web.Services3.ResponseProcessingExceptio n: WSE910: An error
happened during the processing of a response message, and you can find the
error in the inner exception. You can also find the response message in the
Response property. ---> System.InvalidOperationException: Security
requirements are not satisfied because the security header is not present in
the incoming message

think it is some security rights problem as service works fine if
client is on the same machine as service. It also work if I checked on "rely
on transport protection rather than going for sign only or sign and
encryption". I have given right on certificate private key through
certificate tool. Tell me is there any other configuration I am missing..

thanks in advance
