System.UriBuilder ISAPI Parsing

Hi!

How can I set a System.UriBuilder object to parse a ISAPI like url?

Sample url:
https://signin.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI...d=55&siteid=99
Framework ver: 2.0

When I try to create an UriBuilder with that url, I get Query as an
empty string, which is incorrect.

Anybody has any ideea why is this happening and how can it be fixed? I
tried to google it, but it looks like no one use UriBuilder for ISAPI
urls ... :-/
Regards,
Raluca.
