webbrowser control or similar

P: n/a
Hi there,

I am hoping that someone can point me in the right direction.

I need to write an application, which allows me to display and navigate web
pages.

I no this is pretty simple, however, it is why I want to do this which is
where I need the help.

I need to be able to get at the page source, which again I understand is
fairly simple to achieve, but...

What if I want to be selective, i.e..

If a page has a basic structure, a few images and some text.

Lets say I want to drag the mouse over a small portion of text and highlight
it, as if you were to copy and paste.

I want to be able to capture the underlying HTML source, i.e. the text and
all the tags surrounding it, which are formatting it.

I have looked at the basic webbrowser control and I can't figure out how I
would do this, or even if it is possible.

If someone could give me a heads up, I would really appreciate it.
