m_safeCertContext is an invalid handle

Hi,
I am trying to add a webreference to one of our webservices running on
SSL. I got the following error :

There was an error downloading
'https://server/mywebservices/myservice.asmx'.

The underlying connection was closed: An unexpected error occurred on a
receive.

m_safeCertContext is an invalid handle.

-------------------------------------------------------------
I am able to browse the webservice through my browser.
Can anybody point me as to why i am getting this error and what is the
resolution for the error. I am using VS 2005 IDE.

Thanks in advance.

angsram.

This is because of difference in the name of the certificate and name
of machine. Try creating a certificate with same name as the machine
name and install it and try adding the web reference. Make sure that
the Enable SSL checkbox is checked on the default website of IIS.
