CredUIPromptForCredentials & reusing website credentials ?

I've got a Windows application that needs to connect to an intranet site.
This application uses the CredUIPromptForCredentials API call to display the
login dialog.

I wonder if it could be possible to use the same credentials than those
already stored by Internet Explorer. It looks like that using the correct
"TargetName", I would be able to suggest automatically the same password
used on the intranet site. I tried to use the URL of the site but it doesn't
seems it works...

Does somebody know if this is possible ? I would need to know which target
name uses IE to store the credentials for a particular website
(www.mycompany.com, http://www.company.com etc ?)

TIA
