sending mail

hi in my asp.net apllication(c#) am working with sending mail issue..
my following below code is
System.Web.Mail.MailMessage msg = new System.Web.Mail.MailMessage ();
msg.From =[e-mail];

msg.To = [e-mail]
msg.Subject = sub;

msg.Body = body;

System.Web.Mail.SmtpMail.SmtpServer = "mywebsite.com";

System.Web.Mail.SmtpMail.Send(msg);

am getting a error message like"Could not create an object of type 'CDO.Message'. Please verify that the current platform configuration supports SMTP mail."..

please suggest me the solution

your error message............... "Could not create an object of type 'CDO.Message'. Please verify that the current platform configuration supports SMTP mail.".......means

1. Either you don't have the IIS SMTP Service installed or started

2. Or the ASPNET user doesn't have read+execute permissions on SystemRoot\system32\cdosys.dll

Next, you'll probably get a 'Could not 'ACCESS'..."

That means that either your SMTP server is refusing connections,
is returning a 50X error (504 Relay Restricted, etc), or something
similar.

The ASPNET user does not have permissions to access the network
(create a socket to another computer, etc) but can create sockets
to 'localhost' or '127.0.0.1' only.

You must set your SmtpMail.SmtpServer property to "localhost".
