installer question

P: n/a
My application's installer (which is not a MSI but an InnoSetup app) check
wether or not .NET2.0 is installed and warn the user to install it.
It also open the following web page:
http://msdn.microsoft.com/netframewo...s/default.aspx

Now I was told that there are many choices on this page, this is confusing
for the user and I better direct it straight away to the right download
page:
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/d...DisplayLang=en

But I have 2 concerns with that:
1st (a minor one): I should test also wether it's a 64bit or 32bit computer
to select the page
2nd (the real one): when I look at this URL I'm afraid that it might change
and that my installer be "broken".

So .. do you think I could trust this URL (the second long one) not to
change?
