Hi Daniel,
The error you're getting here is echo'd back from the SQL Server 2005
instance you are trying to connect to - it's not a client side issue. The
OpenXML feature relies on a DLL called msxmlsql.dll and it is having
difficulty locating that file.
If you can give me a little more detail on the exact steps you went through
to install the SQL instance you're connecting to including installation
options and locations and whether it was done in UI or unattended (and
anythying else you think might be relevant) that will really help us in
tracking down the issue.
