How do you get the Soap Envelope from inside a ASMX Web Service

Folks,

I have a ASMX Web Service (.Net 2.0) and I'm NOT using WSE. I would like to
retrieve the incoming SOAP envelope body (raw XML) inside one of my web
method calls but I'm not sure how to do this. I need this information for
auditing/tracking purposes. I would appreciate any suggestions, code samples
or links.

Thank you in advance,

ms-help://MS.MSDNQTR.v80.en/MS.MSDN.v80/MS.WinFX4VS.1033/cpref26/html/T_System_Web_Services_Protocols_SoapExtension.htm

Look for "SoapExtension" in the msdn docs, "About SoapExtension" has a
sample for a TraceExtension which writes the SoapMessage to a log file.

If you use that sample as a guide, be sure to apply the
TraceExtensionAttribute to the appropriate service methods in your service
class.
