Error when starting Debug on VS.net project

P: n/a
I am getting the error below every morning when I open up a local Visual
Studio.net project.

I am an Admin on my machine and this is an entirely local web application.
I am using my local IIS web server and running XP for my OS. To fix it, I've
been moving the files into another app within the same solution, deleting the
MyWeb app and recreating it, then moving the files back. It will debug fine
all day but then the next morning, I open it back up and BAM, it won't run. I
have tried to start without Debugging too and I get the same response. Any
online threads are talking about permissions but I am an Admin and have full
control over my machine.

Any ideas??

Server Error in '/MyWeb' Application.
