visual studio to .NET with respect to templates

Hi, Everyone,
I now face a problem of upgrading an old VC6 project to
VS.Net2003. There are many template classes and functions defined in
the old project. When it is compiled in VS.Net 2003, there are so many
warnings and errors.

Is there any way to solve this problem?

Hopefully, I don't need to re-code all those template classes and
functions to conform with the new .Net format.

Thanks a lot!
zq
