HELP: Consume RSS Feeds

Hi all,

Anyone know how to build web application like this one:
http://onlinebusinessarticles.demositeonline.com/

If I'm not wrong, this appl consume RSS feeds, in this site from
http://www.article-emporium.com/.

I appreciate any helps.
