C++ no symbols loaded.

I am having some trouble running C++ on my laptop. I run the exact same
program on my desktop, and then 5 min later on my laptop. On the desktop it
works fine, but on the laptop it gives me these error messages. Could you
please help me...?

desktop is 2000, laptop is XP
