Remote vs Local

At first i had a server application running.. Clients would use the server
using remoting, like this

oRemote = CType(Activator.GetObject(GetType(IMyRemoteObject) , sConnect),
IMyRemoteObject)

this would give me an instance of an interface running on the server. (works
fine by the way)

Now how would i get the same instance of the same object running locally

I dont want to use a "localhost" connection string,

I was thinking about "activator.createinstance" or
"activator.createinstancefrom" but i dont seem to get either of them
working..

Any ideas?

Thanks,

Albert
