Class lost reference to Context

I have a big .NET 2.0 Web Application written in VB.
One page passes a reference to context to a class where the processing is
done. The class uses context.session, context.request context.application
during processing. Everything works fine, as long as not more than 1 user is
on the server.
Under conditions unknown to me, this class looses the reference to
Context.Request, Context.Application context.Session and other objects.
It occurs, when more then 1 user are on the server, but not always. I can
not reproduce it in the development environment. It occurs on more than one
server.

I assume, the problem is in the application somewhere.
What should I check for?
What are the usual suspects?
Beside executing context = nothing (what I don’t do!), how can I kill these references?

Your help is very much appreciated.
