ToolStripProgressBar

I want my progress bar to show the current status as I open my database. On
Load event I call Me.PartTableAdapter.Fill(Me.DataSet1.Part) and it populates
my DataGridView, this takes about 30 seconds (over 6000 records) and i want
to show the progress using the ToolStripProgressBar. How do I do this?
