Automaticly Repair a Network Connection

Is there a way to call from a .net assembly the windows function to repair a
network connection?

I want to be able to run from inside my code a command to go through the
same process as if a user clicks on "repair" on their network connections -
clear the arp cache, renew the ip address.

I'm looking in system.diagnostics and system.net with no luck, any vb.net
samples would be very helpful
