Hi,

You can use Microsoft Visual Source Safe 6.0 or 2005. They're excellent
products so you'll have to pay quite a lot
- VSS 6 price range is $182.00 - $530.00
- VSS 2005 price range is $475.00 - $549.00
I wouldnt be worried if you (or your company) have Microsoft Subscription.
There are some open source management programs like Vault:
http://www.sourcegear.com/vault/index.html
However, many users (including myself) have had some sirious integration
problems etc. and i would not recommend it at all.

Do you mean Source Control for VS.NET ?
That is the Source Control Product of MS

Or the automation of Visual Source Safe via
Visual SourceSafe 6.0 OLE Automation interface ?

as far as I know vault is not an open source project.
The guys for msourcegear sell it .
