My own soap header

Hello,

What I want to achieve is sending the following soap message to an Apache
webservice, using MS Visual Studio and C#:

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8"?>
....
<soap:Header>
<MyToken>1234567890</MyToken>
</soap:Header>
....

But the only thing I am able to achieve, is the following:

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8"?>
....
<soap:Header>
<types:MyAuthorisation id="h_id1">
<MyToken>1234567890</MyToken>
</types:MyAuthorisation>
</soap:Header>
....

This is the result of creating the derived class MyAuthorisation:

[XmlRoot("MPAuthToken",Namespace = "")]
public class MyAuthorisation: SoapHeader
{
[XmlTextAttribute]
public string MyToken;
}

Can someone please help me with creating the first header (Without
<types:MyAuthorisa...)?
