ASP.NET * File cannot be found

When launching file 'eSurvey.aspx' via the browser the following error occurs.

However, when I test the 'eSurvey.aspx' file via Visual Studio, it works
without errors.

Why? And, how can I resolve this matter?

Could not find a part of the path "E:\Documents and
Settings\wardte\Desktop\eSurvey\convert\files\Rigi d_PCB_Questionnaire.htm".

Description: An unhandled exception occurred during the execution of the

Exception Details: System.IO.DirectoryNotFoundException: Could not find a
part of the path "E:\Documents and
