ASPNET2.0 AVOID TO PUBLISH WEB PROJECTS

Hello, Somebody knows how to generate dlls of the Web projects without
having to publish, another question that I have is why divides
webproject in 3 or more dlls and compiled files(App_Code.[something
random ], App_Global, App_Web.[something], App_Code.compiled,
App_global.asax.compiled)? and why every time what published it
changes the name dlls and aspx files has link to its files.
Greetings,
Alejandro
