Loading test data into a xml template

I have an xml file template that validates against a schema. I am
looking for a program/easy script that will take random data
(preferably dictionary data) and load this into the fields. I need
characters (IE Names) and numerical (string of preset number 9 digit
long etc). Anyone have an idea?

If you have a database that can store these fielded values, you can use
ODBC2XML to merge the data into your XML template:
