Locating Help pages for System classes

Hi,

Given a system class, I'm trying to link to the documentation available for
the class under ms-help as depicted by document explorer. While the class
name transformation ( underscore instead of dot with an help element
identifier at the beginning - like T for type) seems to be decodable the int
in the cpref[int] does not seem to have any obvious logic. For example why
does System.Data.Constraint have a uri that ends with
cpref4/html/T_System_Data_Constraint.htm, while System.Security.SystemManagar
have a uri which ends with cpref11/html/T_System_Security_SecurityManager.htm

Regards,
