store wenbservices request

i wanna know how can i store a client's request to the webservice, after that
i finish processing my datas somehow return the data to all clients that
performed a request, i mean to create a Request Deliver to send the answer
after a long time processing (it its a lot of data takes too much time to
process, i read about ayncronous calls but thats not teh idea )

im consuming the webservices with a windows application. If this its
possible please put me in a good track!!
